8 Initial Contact

You can contact acuteFX Design by email, phone or Skype™.
We can then find out about your project, what you need, and discuss how we can help you.

Proposal & Quote

After discussing your project with you; acuteFX Design will send over a proposal giving information about design ideas, functionality, and what everything will cost. We'll also go over marketing and search engine optimisation options with you so once your website has been built - you know people will be finding it.

Start of Project

With the proposal finalised and accepted, both parties will sign an online contract that lays out the project's work, cost and estimated timescale (or fixed deadline). Once the contract has been signed, acuteFX Design can start work on concept designs for your website.

Concept Designs / Template

acuteFX Design will complete multiple concept designs and revisions until all parties are happy with how the website will look. We will then code a template page from that design and upload it to our development server for you to view and make any final changes before development.

Development

The development includes the building of all of the site's pages along with the website functionality such as contact forms, databases, member only sections, etc - whatever you have requested! This is generally the longest part of the project.

Online Progress

acuteFX Design will not only send you regular updates regarding your site's development, but will also give you access to our development server where you can check on your website's progres around the clock, every day of the week.

Finish & Hosting

With your website finished, all that is left before allowing the public to find it is to upload it to your web address, but before doing this; we will ensure you're happy with how the website works and also know how
to use any features included such as a content management system.

You're not Forgotten

Even with your project completed and your website live on the internet, our work is not done yet! We will help set up your email accounts and get them working on your Webmail, Outlook™ or even on your BlackBerry™ or iPhone™. acuteFX Design also offers free monthly updates* to keep your website up-to-date without cost!
